If you have never done CrossFit before, you need to be taught the RIGHT way. People become scared or anxious when they hear they may have to lift weights, or do pull-ups; but HAVE NO FEAR, as no matter what your physical abilities or limitations may be, we can scale ANY exercise for you, and with these 8 one hour ON-RAMP sessions, either done one on one at your own allocated time (On-Ramp ‘Deluxe’) or in a group on Tuesday and Thursday nights (On-Ramp ‘Standard’), you will will graduate to group CrossFit Classes with extreme confidence and vast new knowledge. Plus, you get our ‘mates rates’ membership prices on graduation! Both On-Ramp options carry the same content, and the whole course must be done from start to finish in order (or rules and extra fees apply). In either course WE CUT NO CORNERS, and if you are getting el-cheapo, ‘fast and nasty’ learner sessions from some other gym, you are basically getting ripped off.
